How is taken 2

They met grisly ends. They kidnap him to humiliate him, torture him, and ultimately bring him back to the village in Albania where the boys from the original film came from. With the help of my daughter… she wants to help me escape from where these bad guys have me. Bryan Mills is fairly stoic. Does he change much between the first film and this one? Having gone through the horror of the first film, and because of the success of retrieving his daughter, his notoriety has traveled and these major politicians and sheiks want him to be in their camp.

He organizes the security situation. I had to up my pushups and sit-ups. There are some real nasty bad guys here. Instead, he gives him a choice: Murad can choose to die right here and now, or he can go on his way to be with his sons. Murad accepts the offer to leave Bryan alone, allowing him to put down his gun Murad picks up the gun only to discover it doesn't have any bullets. Bryan realizes he'll always be hunted, so he impales his enemy on a towel hook. There's a line during this final confrontation that really sums everything up when Bryan says, "I am tired of it all.

He doesn't want to be some killer, and he recognizes that if he were to dispatch Murad, then his remaining sons would come after him. He'd prefer not to deal with any of that and genuinely seems to want Murad to just walk away. Sadly, that doesn't happen, and Bryan realizes that no matter how hard he tries, he'll always be trapped in this violent world. Before his death, Murad tells Bryan that he has two other sons, and if he kills him, then they will go after him.

It's the reason why Bryan wants to let him go alive initially, because he would prefer if those sons weren't a threat. Of course, things don't go so well for Murad, so on initial watch, it would make sense to assume Taken 3 would be about those last two sons avenging their brother and father. Later on, other Fox-produced films are featuring this message. Alternate versions The UK cinema version was cut by the filmmakers after the BBFC informed them a '15' rating would likely be given to the film.

Three scenes of violence and threatening scenes were edited and a '12A' rating was then given. User reviews Review. Top review. Good, but not great. First off, I enjoyed the film, and think it was worth the money I paid to see it. While other reviewers have been beating this film down, I find that the story itself was carefully structured in the beginning and grants it believability from that point.

By carefully structured, I'm mostly talking about the way an ex wife brings her daughter to Istambul to see her ex-husband. The action sequences are, frankly, amazing. But not being an action junkie, I tend to go more for the story. What bothered me about the story was the portrayal of Kim Mills' boyfriend, and the resolution at the end of the film.

Just to note, the sequence on the rooftops of Istambul, someone mentioned it was believable, I wholeheartedly agree I loved Taken, I enjoyed Taken 2.
