What presence should i use as a frost dk

I have noticed there are a lot of Utility baseline spells missing from these class guides overall, not sure if any mod will see this, but they should be edited to correct this missing data, especially since we are so early into the expac, ppl will still be using these for references. So they changed them to match your spec and then just removed them and baked the buffs into the spec. They could bring them back. But in the way where each presence suits that spec, they might as well just leave them out of the game.

Hypothermic Presence greatly reduces Runic Power consumption when used. This talent is specifically good for Breath of Sindragosa since it enables a longer duration. The talent row with your most powerful and impactful talents.

This talent truly shines in AoE scenarios when we can get insane Cooldown reductions on Pillar of Frost when using Frostscythe. This talent works much better with dual wield, both because Obliterate can crit on both mainhand and offhand hits and because you get more guaranteed crits with Killing Machine. Transforms Pillar of Frost to a resource demanding Cooldown that requires a different priority, with the goal of generating and consuming as many procs of Killing Machine as possible.

Useful for both Single Target and AoE situations. Works well with 2H since it funnels your damage into Obliterate. Requires a good deal of setup, but can be very rewarding if handled well.

Loses effectiveness for movement heavy fights.
