In advocacy situations, there are likely to be well-prepared opponents waiting in the tall grass. And they will need to be out-planned. You will need to develop a plan based on your knowledge of who those opponents are; and knowledge of who can help you. Advocacy is exciting work. You get the pleasure of fighting the good fight, and sometimes, the thrill of victory.
