Why does smackdown always win

Sensitive, compassionate and brave, Ewen brings a distinct heartbeat to the WWE championship. The son of a preacher, Ewen has developed a combination of personality and power unlike any other person throughout pro wrestling, and he is ready to give WWE a shot of adrenaline on Monday nights.

Ewen has continually elevated his work to new heights in WWE, enhancing his presence and showcasing his endearing charisma. His overwhelming strength adds a different dynamic to his matches, yet he also possesses the agility and versatility to work a multitude of styles in the ring.

It comes as no surprise that Ewen would get a run with the belt. Yet, even though that appeared inevitable, the moment on Raw was executed so perfectly, with just enough doubt sprinkled in to make people question how the sequence would play out.

To the credit of everyone involved, it was no certainty that a new champion was going to be crowned until Ewen was celebrating the win with New Day partners Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. Lashley made the absolute most of his run, cementing himself as a made man in WWE. But an ending was inevitable, as the only certainty for any pro wrestling champion is that the belt will eventually change hands. This is the single biggest night of my career, so I wanted to get that moment right.

Bianca Belair needs a big win, Rhea Ripley deserves a boost, and Morgan has already earned a shot at Lynch's title so needs to be framed as a big deal. No WrestleMania match, for now, but if it makes sense The Rock will wrestle again. Josh has been writing for The Sportster since February of A love of all things pro wrestling brought him to the site, a sport that he has been mildly obsessed with since the age of 11 when he watched The Rock and Stone Cold headline WrestleMania X-Seven.

His love of wrestling is matched equally by a passion for writing, and Josh graduated from the University of the West of England with a degree in journalism in Outside of watching wrestling Josh is a long suffering Bristol City fan, his local soccer team that he has supported since he was a child.

Ezekiel Jackson: Surprisingly, I will say that he's the only one who seems on a good run. I know he just returned, but he looked good in the elimination match, and I won't be shocked to see a surprise elimination by him. So to summarize this, most members look pathetic in their singles runs. Of course, I'm not saying this will definitely cause a loss and they could start building momentum from here.

But still this is a disadvantage on their side. Big Show has been on a huge run for months, while Miz has been struggling since winning the Money in the Bank ladder match.

I think Big Show looks better as a leader, and let's just forget how he betrayed his team-mates last year. He seems to get more respect from his members. Miz: Ever since he won the Money in the Bank briefcase, Miz hasn't been able to build a good momentum.

At first he won some matches against Morrison and Evan Bourne, and we thought for a while that he was about to succeed in cashing in his briefcase. But since Summerslam, he has been bumped. Lately, he's still struggling to build his momentum back. Could Bragging Rights be the beginning?

Big Show: Do I need explain anything? Big Show, has been on a huge run for month. He's been on top in most of his confrontations and almost destroyed the tag-team division after crushing all the Smackdown teams. Until now, his push hasn't lead him to winning title belts, and I even wrote an article about his run and asked if it's leading him to anything. He's still looking powerful, and even in his last tag-team match, one tag to him and the ring was cleared and the match was over.

The two teams then exchanged title belts to align with their new homes while retaining their status as champions. This is a first-time ever match -- assuming WWE doesn't somehow run a form of it ahead of the pay-per-view -- and has potential to be the best tag match held in a WWE ring in if given the time to live up to potential.

Pick: The New Day wins. Bobby Lashley United States vs. Sami Zayn Intercontinental : Intercontinental champion Zayn returned to action in September, wrestling his first match since March. Lashley won the United States title from Apollo Crews at Payback and has remained dominant since, though his focus has largely been on his role in The Hurt Business and their ongoing issues with Retribution. Pick: Sami Zayn wins. The Undertaker's Final Farewell: The show was originally advertised as a "celebration of 30 years of The Undertaker," so it already seemed a near guarantee that we'll see him make an appearance during the event.

WWE has since confirmed that the event will feature an appearance by Undertaker for a "Final Farewell," seemingly ending his career officially where it all started 30 years ago after several semi-retirements.

Dual-brand battle royal Kickoff show : This match was announced on Nov. No participants have been announced, but it will include members of both Raw and SmackDown.
